Self-evaluation 2022
University management is composed of essential elements for its full operation, such as: planning, organization, direction, and control. Among these bases, planning is a primordial part of the process. In this context, self-assessment and Strategic Planning aim to present a systematic process of self-knowledge and perceptions about the program, contributing to organizational development, understanding the present and seeking to define future conditions to be aimed for.
The Post-Graduate Program in Tropical Marine Sciences (PPGCMT), based on the methodological proposal presented by the Pro-Rectorate of Research and Post-Graduate Studies of the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), presents in the report available at the following link the results of the self-assessment carried out in 2022, the result of consultations with the academic community of the course, as well as the actions planned for the Strategic Planning of the program for the years 2023-2024, being structured in five parts:
1. Methodology;
2. Situational diagnosis;
3. Institutional Identity;
4. Objectives and strategic focus;
5. Final considerations: action plan.
