Disciplines and Activities
The current curriculum structure is composed entirely of elective disciplines. Each 01 credit corresponds to 16h. A total of 60 credits (48 credits in subjects + 12 credits in Thesis) are required for the doctorate, totaling a required workload of 960h and 30 credits (24 credits in subjects + 06 credits in Dissertation) for the master’s degree, totaling a required workload of 480h.
Proficiency and Seminar activities are mandatory for the presentation of the Qualification, as well as the approval in the Qualification is relevant for the Dissertation or Thesis Defense. The offer of the subjects varies from semester to semester and is disclosed to the student and faculty through the UFC’s Integrated System for Academic Activities Management (SIGAA).
